We ship all orders via UPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery and plan accordingly.
Delivery & Tracking
UPS may leave packages at your address if no one is available. Tire Hero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS marks them as delivered.

Delays may occur due to weather or logistics. For express delivery, please confirm by calling 800-616-2510.

Select “Pick Up” at checkout to avoid shipping fees. Call ahead to confirm availability.

Return Policy
If you need to make a return, please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process.
How to Request a Return
All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Call 800-616-2510 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Email requests are not accepted.
Return Conditions
- Returned tires must be in original packaging with paperwork.
- Tires must be unmounted. Mounted tires cannot be accepted.
- If bead marks are found, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Restocking & Refunds
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (min $15) unless it’s our error. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.
Additional Notes
Please note the following:
- We cannot ship to A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.
- Tire Hero is not responsible for UPS delays.
